Michelle Phillips was born in Brisbane, Queensland Australia. She grew up on the Gold Coast near Surfers Paradise known as the 'Injectables capital'. Taylor resides in Bozeman, MT with her husband, daughter, and their flock of animals.

Taylor is a graduate of the University of Arizona. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing Degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
She has a few obsessions in life: Her family, skincare, and the outdoors. When she was little she remembers her mom taking such good care of her skin, taking vitamins, and having a daily skincare routine. This influenced Taylor and she carried them into her medical career.
